Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States via FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Local Free Shipping Customers in the Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC area may be eligible for free shipping. Please contact us at xuanhjewelry@gmail.com with your address and we will send you the discount code to use at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at xuanhjewelry@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
